Warranty Information
IF YOU DISCOVER A FAULT
If you discover any fault, do not continue to use the vehicle under any circumstances, contact us and bring it to the attention of one of our technicians.
In the event of a fault or breakdown, the owner is solely responsible for transporting the vehicle to and from our workshop and providing us information to assist in the repair.
Rubicon Mx Warranty
Covers parts and major manufacturing defects for 2 years from date of purchase.
Labour is covered for 2 years from date of purchase.
Parts which require routine service or maintenance are not covered;
Such as: Tyres, spark plugs, chains, batteries, filters, bulbs, brakes.
No liability will be accepted for damage caused to the vehicle by neglect, misuse, intrusion of foreign matter, lack of servicing, modifications, abuse, general misuse such as overloading or the continued use after a fault has become apparent.
The warranty is only valid for private and leisure use, not for commercial, racing or hire use without previous permission. Warranty is non transferable from the original owner without prior permission from Rubicon MX.
Servicing schedule
First service - 3 months from date of purchase
Second service - 9 months from date of purchase
Third service - 15 months from date of purchase
6 monthly thereafter.
Failure to have the vehicle serviced will invalidate your warranty.
Servicing to be carried out by a Rubicon MX dealer or any vat registered garage with the use of genuine Rubicon MX parts.
